Due to a restructure, our client is looking to recruit a number of social work professionals to work throughout the district. The new structure includes a dedicated referral and investigation team, as well as specialist multi professional teams working with children who are looked after, children in need and safeguarding teams.

Our client adopts a child centred approach and our social workers are professional, empowered practitioners who are provided with high levels of supervision in order to develop excellent plans for children, young people and families in Somerset.

We would love to hear from qualified social workers (ideally having worked with children and young people) who wish to develop their professional practice in a stimulating setting.
